Delivery Information
We ship to all EU countries. Full information on delivery time frames and prices can be found here. Please note, we do not ship to any mail-forwarding or freight-forwarding services. Any restrictions will be messaged during the checkout process if applicable.Standard Delivery
- Free standard NL, BE an DE delivery on all orders over €30.
- Standard delivery for orders under €30 is €4,50.
- Standard delivery orders will be delivered in 1-3 business days.
EU Deliveries
- Free standard EU delivery on all European orders over €150 (excluding NL, BE and DE).
- Standard EU delivery is €8 for most countries on orders under €150.
- EU deliveries will be delivered between 2-9 working days depending on country delivered to - full details are found on the table below.
- For orders within the EU delivery will be charged according to the country.
Changing and tracking your delivery
We operate our EU delivery service through a POSTNL and DPD courier service, through the POSTNL and DPD website you will have access to tracking and changing your delivery if you need to.You will be notified of your delivery day and time slot from POSTNL and DPD by email.
You will also be able to track your delivery on the POSTNL and DPD website and app.
